Residential Framing Company is looking for field Assistant Superintendents in the Phoenix area. Best candidate will be a quick learner, with an eye for details, and strong work ethic. Requirements: • Must have 2 yrs. carpentry experience or builder experience • Basic computer skills • Bilingual a plus • Framing experience a plus Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Daily scheduling of materials and labor for multiple jobsites • Work directly with crews to maintain a safe work site and make certain all safety requirements are met • Review takeoffs and materials provided for each job site and communicate directly with estimators regarding any changes needed to guarantee minimal waste of materials • Perform any miscellaneous task needed to ensure jobs are 100% complete and jobsites are clean Salary depend on experience Health Insurance Paid Vacation/Sick Pay 401k Please email resume to @levelframing.com NO PHONE CALLS OR OFFICE VISITS
