Life is a very simple process yet we are so conditioned to stay in the chaos and distractions. Most of us go from one distraction to the other hoping if we can just manage what is happening around us we will find peace. Yet any peace found this way is short-lived. Through a series of exercises and meditations, Heather will lead you to discover the peace, ease and comfort you seek. That space within. That is always accessible if you know the way. While this is a group session, you will be led on a personal journey to connect with your child and with your deepest wisest knowing, a space you can come to know, feel, and access long after this event. Heather is a gifted healer and psychic medium. She recently lost her son. She is passionate about helping others find their way through grief to peace.
