I am unable to care for Akina because I work very long hours and am constantly on the go during the weekends. Up until recently my father helped me take care of her but he as since passed away. Needless to say, Akina is home by herself most of the time and that is not the way I want her to live. Rehoming Akina is definitely a very difficult and heartbreaking decision I have to make since she’s been with me for 9 yrs. She will be better off with someone that will be able to give her the attention she deserves and take care of her properly. I’m willing to send her off, with no adoption fee, to a good and loving person or family. A little bit about her, she is a happy dog. Energetic and playful. She is a great cuddle buddy and definitely believes she’s a lap dog. She loves to give kisses and will always be right by your side. She is vocal with a strong bark. She likes taking walks and is good with kids and cats. She is a little possessive with her food so she isn’t really good around other dogs but when she goes for walks, she happy ignores the other dogs passing her by.
