UPDATE: PLEASE STOP SEARCHING FOR ALVIN!! Due to the overwhelming amount of locals and dear-hearts driving over and calling for Alvin, we may have made things worse! I am working with a rescue who has trackers and trappers actively working this case. Because he is in flight mode now, Alvin feels “hunted”. The best thing to do is to be on the lookout, do not approach him or call his name, and REPORT ALL SIGHTINGS TO MY INBOX OR COMMENTS WHICH ARE BEING MONITORED! I will then forward that to the rescue. I can’t thank you all enough for the tens of thousands of messages, calls, shares and comments! We will let you know when we need you all to rally again!
MISSING DOG #PensacolaBeach UPDATE: He was spotted running down Ft. Pickens Rd., on the bay side, toward Ft. Pickens, and possibly in the Villa Sabine neighborhood.
Alvin bolted from our hotel room and he is missing. Please share if you are in the Pensacola area, specifically the Island. He is a rescue who was abused and is very skittish; he may not come to you, but he could hop in your car as he loves car rides. The Blue Angels are performing as we speak, and it is very loud! He has PTSD and severe anxiety, so he could be hiding under a house or building. Stats: 50lbs, chow-husky-golden retriever mix, green collar, tagged and chipped. We are staying at the Paradise Inn.
