Nanny-Share Wanted for 1.5 year old

We're looking for childcare for our 20 month old. We'd love to hook up with a like-minded local family so that the kids could play together and we could split costs. Looking for a family with 1-2 kids of similar age (0-4) who live somewhere on the north side of town (we work downtown and live near Broadway & Russell). We would be willing to host at our house (we have pets), go to yours or split time in between. Looking for 3-5 days per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:30pm. Two or more families could pay a more competitive wage and it would be a more fun environment for the kids. We don't have a care giver in mind yet, but would be willing to help with the vetting and interviewing. Email me if interested!
