FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar and Create Space invite cheese lovers and oenophiles alike to Mall of America on July 22. Board & Bites FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar (2100 Killebrew Drive) and Create Space invite cheese lovers and oenophiles alike to Mall of America on Thursday, July 22 to celebrate National Wine & Cheese Day. During the event, guests can expand their knowledge about wine and cheese pairings (all levels are welcome!), and they’ll also learn how to create the perfect cheese board. Ahead of the class, guests can work with Create Space to design a personalized wooden board, and they’ll be able to put the finishing touches on their board and actually use it during the class. Tickets for the class can be purchased through Tock for $75/person, which includes the personalized wooden board and all equipment, food and beverage for the class. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. and last approximately one hour – although guests are encouraged to stay and enjoy FireLake at their leisure. Executive Chef Dinesh and the FireLake culinary team work closely with Minnesota farmers and artisan producers such as Alemar Cheese Company, Eichten’s Farm, Stickney Hill Dairy, and more to bring fresh, seasonal ingredients to every dish. They look forward to introducing some of their partners to the community during Board & Bites.
