Local investment company looking for Maintenance supervisor to handle requests from our residents and help as needed with make readies. Applicant must be well experienced/5years plus, in all fields of home repairs which include; Electrical, plumbing, painting, sheetrock, dishwasher installation, garbage disposal install etc. Only experienced applicants need to apply.
