Learn to work with rice as a key ingredient and properly prepare, cut, and roll a gourmet sushi plate. Campus Auxiliary Services (CAS) at SUNY Geneseo is excited to announce our Sushi-making class, part of our Summer Cooking Series. In this applied learning class, participants will have the opportunity to prepare fresh entreés from prep to completion. Our Sushi class will teach attendees to prepare rice properly, cut and roll different ingredients, and create a gourmet sushi platter. This class will be held on the SUNY Geneseo campus, at the newly renovated Red Jacket Dining Complex. _______ If you should need to cancel more than seven (7) days prior to the date of the class you registered for, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than seven (7) days prior but more than 24 hours prior to the date of the class you registered for, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellation 24 hours or less from the date of the class will not be eligible for a refund. Cooking classes require a minimum attendance or will be canceled. If a class is canceled by CAS, the customer will be notified via email and a full refund will be provided. If you are unable to attend due to a mandatory quarantine for a positive COVID test or exposure to COVID, please provide documentation of the required quarantine and a full refund will be provided. Campus Auxiliary Services, known as CAS, is a not-for-profit company dedicated to serving the SUNY Geneseo campus.
