Drummer looking for rehearsal space

Hi, I’m looking for somewhere in Berkeley / North Oakland / Albany where I can play acoustic drums a few hours a week. I’m an experienced drummer in a couple Bay Area punk/mathrock bands. I’m a loud player but am otherwise considerate of shared spaces. Open to unconventional arrangements (warehouse space, garages, shipping containers) and very flexible with time. Just looking for a secure space where I can regularly wail, and - ideally - also bring in friends to jam from time to time.
