This beginner class explores different patterns and projects to teach various sewing skills and techniques. During this class, we'll make three different accessories: Velcro walletScrunchieHair bow By working through these projects, attendees will learn sewing skills such as: Printing and assembling patternsWorking with elastic, velcro, felt, and bias tapeEnclosed pattern techniquesTop-stitching SUPPLIES PACKAGE: The following supplies are required for the class. You may individually provide them, or purchase a supply package from us. • 3 fat quarters • 6" Elastic • 12" velcro • 3' bias tape • 12" x 8" felt sheet • Coordinating thread SEWING MACHINE: A working sewing machine (including power cable, presser foot, needle, and bobbin) is required for the class. You may provide your own, or rent one of our machines for the class duration.
