WAUWATOSA, WI — Raine Stern, who was featured on Season 20 of NBC's "The Voice" in the spring, will headline the next Tosa Tonight on Wednesday. Tosa Tonight takes place at the Hart Park Rotary Performance Pavilion, and shows continue through the summer until late August. Ben Mulwana, a musician who was born in Uganda and lives in Wisconsin, will open for Stern, event organizers said. His music has a storytelling quality that is both unique and familiar, they added. Stern is well known in the Madison area for her genre-bending style and passionate vocals, organizers said. She will play with her seven-piece band at Hart Park, they added. Stern lost her knockout round on "The Voice" to Jose E. Figueroa Jr. in April 2021. Coach Nick Jonas said eliminating her was a tough decision, the Wisconsin State Journal reported. The first artist will start at 6 p.m., according to the event website. The concert series is free and open to the public.
