Female 3 year old Chihuahua Mix

I am having to re home my female Chihuahua mix that is 3 yrs old b/c I do not have the means to take care of her. She is very sweet, well mannered, potty trained, obedient, a little skittish at times but overall a great dog. I'm not her first owner. To me it seems like someone in her past abused her b/c she's hesitant at times but if you reassure everything is ok she'll do fine. She is due for her rabies shot in September. Her name is ChiChi. She is a taller dog. She's in between a small to medium size dog. I'd say she weighs around 10 to 12 lbs. She does not like a leash, but she will stay with you & come when you call her. She's a inside dog but she likes to go outside & run & play. I'm requesting a $50 rehoming fee b/c I want to make sure whomever gets her will be responsible & really wants her. She's great with everyone & other animals including kids. She will come with her collar & food. I will meet in Charleston, SC
