The Role Maintenance Technicians at Zeus Living are responsible for providing timely and effective fixes for issues that arise in our furnished homes in the Seattle Metro area. Our homes range from single-family houses to apartments in professionally managed communities. As such, the types of maintenance issues that arise are varied in nature. We are looking for an adaptable problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to join our Seattle Metro area team. The role will be full time (40 hrs/week) with a Thursday - Monday schedule. What You'll Do: -Basic maintenance work including touch-up painting and light drywall repair, basic plumbing work, basic appliance repairs and diagnostics, diagnose and correct power failures, and changing light bulbs / batteries in smoke detectors. -Supervise vendor appointments (HVAC, Plumbers, etc.) -General property upkeep including occasional trash removal, power washing, or weeding. -Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner. Keep information up-to-date in our internal ticketing system so all teams have access to real-time resolution status -Inspect units between residents and deliver missing items when necessary Would Be Great If You Know: -Basic Plumbing - (snaking, unclogging toilets, pipe repair) -Basic Electrical - (replacing light bulbs, switches and receptacles) -Basic Carpentry / Painting - (drywall repair, touch up painting) Who We're Looking For: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Attention to detail to ensure efficient and quality repairs -Great problem solving with the ability to understand and utilize all resources at hand -Strong time management and prioritization skills -High level of professionalism and customer service as this role will be interacting with residents, owners, and external vendors -Ability to handle complaints & adversity with tact and diplomacy -Familiar with navigating different mobile apps -Must have reliable automobile transportation with a valid Driver’s License and insurance What We Offer: -100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for all employees and their dependents -Parking and commuter benefits -$1500 education or certification reimbursement per year -Daily lunch stipend + snacks and refreshments at our Warehouses -$150 work expenses stipend for all employees -20 days paid time off per year -16 weeks paid parental leave -12 company holidays -401K with a generous employer matching program -All roles receive stock options + annual stock grants
