Condominium Community searching for experienced On-Site Maintenance Technician 30 hours per week to work closely with our current property management company. The Maintenance Technician will be the point of contact for contracted service providers, basic grounds maintenance, trash/compactor duties, daily pool/spa maintenance, conduct property inspections for maintenance issues, report any resident complaints or disturbances to the Property Management Company in a timely manner and misc. other duties as assigned. Must have reliable transportation, excellent communication skills and able to lift up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis. Salary DOE Please include resume when responding.
