Job Description · Train and develop employees, assist in the recruitment & development of other support staff. · Maintain up-to-date information for and personal familiarity with all assigned facilities. · Daily, monitor and ensure coverage of all assigned facilities/routes. · Ensure consistent cleaning quality. Ensure proper completion of initial, on-site training for all personnel. · Monitor ongoing development of personnel. · Assist with all fill-in needs, ensuring complete coverage of all open routes.
