B.U.I.L.T non-profit invites all the women in the City of Detroit and surrounding areas to come and get Fit and have a Fablous time.
This is B.U.I.L.T Bringing Unique Intelligent Ladies Together Non-profit 2nd Annual Women's Fitness Day and we are super excited for it.
Last Year we had over 30 women that joined us on the fountian at Belle Isle and this year we plan to have it be even bigger!
We will be at Mt. Elliot Park around 10-10:30 a.m.
This is a FREE event for all ladies, so invite Lottie Dottie & Everybody!
Itinerary:
10-10:30a.m. Meetup
10:30- 11a.m. Warm-up Walk around the park
11-12p.m. Soothing Yoga exercise by Coop's Apothecary
12-12:30p.m. Social Break
12:30-1:30p.m. TRAP Cardio exercise by Dimples
1:30-3p.m. Downtown Bike Ride
Bottle water, oranges & bananas will be provided by B.U.I.L.T
We just ask that you please bring a yoga mat......if you plan on participating in the bike ride don't forget to bring your bike but last year some ladies rented one from the stand accross from parking lot
