Come learn about organic sustainable gardening while you meet new friends and tend our neighborhood garden! It takes a lot of work to grow good food! That's why we need you! Not only will you enjoy the feeling of fresh air, soil, and sunshine, you will learn about how to grow fresh fruits and vegetables the organic way. You'll work alongside people you know. You'll make friends with people you don't know. And you'll leave feeling happier, smarter, and wiser (not to mention knowing you made a difference). The expert gardeners at NEW LEAF Detroit will be your hosts and work leaders. Please note that COVID safety rules are in place (masks, physical distancing, etc.). Prayer, education, and action for Earth.
