Administrative Assistant - GEOBRIDGE CORPORATION Duties and Responsibilities: • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls • Assist in updating customer records • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, assigned errands, etc. • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, placing orders for supplies. • Support managers and employees through a variety of related tasks. • Receive and sort mail daily. • Prepare and submit expense reports. • Compose correspondence (e.g., letters, memos, reports, forms, etc.). • Assist with the setup and breakdown and prepping for special events or company lunches. • Performs scheduled preventive maintenance checks. • Perform minor maintenance tasks. • Carry out ad hoc projects with little direction. Special Conditions: • 1-3 years’ experience preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Professional appearance • Solid communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. • Ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day. • Strong customer service orientation • High school degree • 40 hours per week, M-F • Must pass drug screening Please send us your resume to [email protected] or visit our website www.utimaco.com/careers.
