Dog Rain Jacket / Coat $10 100 % Cotton. Outside is like a soft vinyl and hood is accented with faux smoked fur. Says L but is pretty small to me. Please take measurements into account. Overall, it measures 18" including hood. Without hod, it measures 11". Measures 16" from side to side with jacket unbuttoned. Never used. Comes from a non-smoking home.
