Need A Scooter Mechanic PLEASE!

I Have A Kymco People 250 In Desperate Need Of Repair. I've Been Trying For Over A Year And I Can't Get Any Help! There Are NO Mobile Mechanics Here. It Is My Only Way To See My Son Who Lives By The Airport. I'm On SSI And I Hardly Have Enough To Pay Anything But I Can Give You Something On The 1st Of The Month. I Almost Have The Electrical Finished But I Have Removed The Cylinder and Cylinder Head And Need Help With That. The Scooter Keeps Overheating. The Cooling System Is Strange That It Has A Carburetor Heater And Air Vent Lines That Are Very Confusing. I Have All Parts But I'm Overwhelmed! If You Are A Motorcycle Mechanic You Might Be Able To Help. Please, I Know That God Would Consider This A Good Deed And I Would Be Forever Grateful. My Name Is Fred And You Can Call Me Anytime.
