Please help us catch this prick that did a hit and run on myself and my friend!!

Please help me find a hit a run jerk. This happened 7-2 about 10:30am or so. They rear ended my friend and then pulled in my lane causing me to rear ended them. My friend said it was an older white pickup truck. My insurance is now telling me I hardly have any coverage and I have to pay for this wreck out of pocket. I am a wheelchair user and this is for sure making life really hard!! The truck will have front and rear end damage. Both were hard hits.
