You backed into me and you know it. We both heard it and you saw me get out of the car waving my hands. Giving the benefit of doubt I don’t think you meant to and while I was upset that it happened if you get in touch right away I will not file a police report at all. I do have a witness as well as your license plate number. I had my key in the engine and was ready to back up even though you had enough space to clear all vehicles. I certainly saw and heard you back into my front and then I honked and you pulled over a few cars ahead. I got out to see the scratch matching your paint job and by the time I got back to the car you had speed away. The owner came out, unprompted, to say he saw what happened. Neither he nor I are against you necessarily but I want you to own up to what was likely an accident but still happened. I have your license plate so I will go to police soon if you don’t get in touch right away. I know what it’s like with insurance let alone the police, so just contact me right away and let’s resolve this 1:1. I would have chased you down the street but I don’t like speeding after people I don’t know. So I have the video evidence, the witness, and myself. Please respond so I don’t have to go through the police and insurance, for your sake.
