We are a customer centric insurance agency looking to hire an energetic, smart and enthusiastic Account Executive to service and help grow our existing Medicare and Individual Health Insurance clients.
Schedule is flexible. Position can be structured as part-time or full-time.
Responsibilities
Explain features and offer solutions of various policies to fit the needs of each client.
Quote new business, prepare proposals and present to both existing and prospective clients.
Identify sales opportunities to cross sell to existing clients.
Respond to client policy and coverage inquiries and conduct account reviews.
No cold calls required.
Requirements:
· Exceptional customer service instincts
· Health Insurance experience and license required
· Medicare Insurance experience preferred
· Solid organizational skills and strong work ethic
· Self-disciplined and Self-motivated
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office
· Must pass a background check
· Must possess excellent communication skills
Health Insurance, paid time off, retirement plan available. $12-18/hour depending upon prior experience.
