Regional professional preservation company is in need of professional crews to perform the followings: Initial secures Property condition bids Maintenance and grass cuts on foreclosed properties Lawn maintenance Trash-outs Haul-aways Winterizations De-winterizations Roof patching Inspections Damage reporting Tree trimming Mold treatment Initial sales clean Maid refreshes Immediate work is available. You must be familiar with preservation requirements and damage reporting. We are a serious company with high-quality expectations, work ethics, and exemplary results. We are looking for serious candidates. Individuals who are not serious about being professional, inclusive of being on time and having work done effectively, efficiently, exemplarily, and promptly are not to respond. We have our own internal quality control inspector who works daily checking on our properties. Mediocrity is not an option and will not work! We are a good company who wants only good contractors. Payment terms: you will get compensated for your first 2 jobs after they have been inspected, then net 30 (industry standard) will apply. Our payments are bi-weekly and are direct deposit.
