Description
We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager for our mechanical and plumbing contractor client, located in Manchester, NH. Great opportunity for someone who wants to step out of the foreman role and into project management or for someone who is currently managing plumbing projects.
Responsible for overall management of projects including: oversight of system installations, construction scheduling, project budgets, ensuring bid specifications are met; manpower allocation and target tracking; material takeoffs and RFQ’s. Primary focus is supervisory, however, the ability to perform hands-on work may occasionally be needed.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, present a professional image when representing the company, work well in a fast-paced team environment. Experience with MS Office (MS Project is a plus) and construction software (Procore).
Must have a minimum of three years hands-on plumbing experience. Plumbing license is preferred.
