PITTSBURGH, PA — After a year's absence due to the coronavirus outbreak, the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix returns for a week of activities that begin Sunday with a kick-off rally at the Pittsburgh Mills Mall in Frazer.
Participants will travel what event organizers term a "fun but competitive mystery course that will test driving, navigational and trivia skills through the Pittsburgh countryside north and east of the city.
The event starts at 11 a.m. and begins and ends at Smokey Bones restaurant. At the race's conclusion, there will be an awards ceremony and kick-off participants will receive a free Smokey Bones lunch and dessert.

Kids Day In Schenley Plaza, July 11, 12-4 p.m., Oakland Activites will feature a balloon artist, craft activities, special guests and performers and free rides on the PNC Carousel. Millie's Ice Cream Truck also will be there to provide tasty treat options for the kids.
Allegheny County Summer Concert Series, Moe, July 11, 7:30 p.m., Hartwood Acres, Indiana Conclude the weekend with a free concert featuring this Buffalo-based rock jam band.
