For the launch of a special community project, we need to reach all residents within a defined area of the city. We are searching to make contact with someone who has marketing communications experience. We need to plan, create and execute a communications campaign which will reach everyone in the defined community area. A few might respond with only a question and we will not take those seriously. We will take it serious when someone responds by providing some information about his/her experiences with this type of project or program.
