The right people for available positions will:  Be friendly and have a desire to provide quality customer service  Have good people skills and be a team player  Have a neat and professional appearance  Possess a great work ethic  Be flexible to changes, a variety of schedules, and adapt well to different situations We offer:  Great working environment  Competitive wage  PTO – based on length of employment  Health / Dental – full time only Maintenance ~ Job Duties include, but are not limited to:  Preventative maintenance of property  Cleaning/maintenance of garages, walkways, stairways, parking areas and grounds  Pressuring washing structures/grounds  Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues  Trash removal from all common areas, including service hallways and pool area  Drywall repairs, light carpentry, and painting  Pool / spa maintenance and cleaning  Grooming of Har-Tru tennis courts  Assist with monitoring of outside vendors and subcontractors Successful candidate must be familiar with the skills needed to perform the above duties; operate necessary power tools; have a clean cut appearance; be able to work independently; be punctual, reliable; and be able to lift 50+ lbs.
