NO Ghosting and NO Flakiness or else we will not be compatible.JOB DESCRIPTION:Driving, Meeting, Showing, Move In/Out Inspections, Computer/Basic Data Entry, Scanning, Printing, Texting, Calls, and Issue notices, photos, videos/uploadsSeeking a leasing assistant for single-family housesLocations: Sacramento, Elk Grove, North Highlands, El Dorado HillsQualified candidates will have a strong understanding of Property Management and the ability to perform general leasing duties. At least one year of experience in property management and leasing is preferred.General appointment times: 12 pm, and 6:30 pm weekdays and weekendsAdditional responsibilities of Leasing Assistants include, but are not limited to:Showing and leasing/maintain occupancyMarketing support to attract new residentsInspections for Move-in / Move-outsCollecting late rentsIssue notices to tenantsCoordinate maintenances between vendors and tenantsAnswer incoming calls and address inquiries Follow-up with online inquiriesCopying, scanning, faxing (Must own a printer/scanner)Bank depositsEnforce all Fair Housing guidelinesManaging rental keys (Must be highly organized)Qualify applicants and process leasing applicationsCoordinating vendors and tenantsCorrespondence with landlords/clientMiscellaneous projects, as assignedDESIRED EXPERIENCE; QUALIFICATIONS:Licensed RealtorSelf-starter and works effectively aloneGood attitudeExcellent organizational and follow up skillsProfessional, energetic, and personable demeanorKnowledge of Fair Housing regulationsA minimum of one-year experience as a Leasing Assistant in multifamily property managementBasic computer skills, and experience with the internet, and emailEffective communication, both written and verbalTime management principles (Must be on time if not early)Maintain a professionally groomed appearance (no flip flops, shorts, and t-shirts)Basic math proficiencyHigh School diploma or equivalentBeing handy is a plusGreat at working by yourself, and great with text and email communications.Most importantly: the ability to keep an appointment and great with follow-ups.
