Soho House Austin is looking for ROOM ATTENDANTS!!! The property is located on South Congress in the Music Lane development and features 46 bedrooms, club, an outdoor terrace, rooftop pool, cinema, and private event space. Who you are… • Detail oriented, professional and approachable • Curious learner that’s driven by results • Passionate about hospitality and customer service • Fun and friendly at work and home • Loyal, honest and genuine in the work that you do Description of the ROLE • To ensure cleanliness of guest, deep cleaning rooms on the daily basis, ensure all linen is changed on the daily basis. • Removing of all linen and trash from the room Cleaning of bathrooms and disinfecting. • Replacing all used amenities after every guest Departure. • Prepare bed and with linen, ensure linen is free of stain and or rips. • Reporting of any defects in a guest room and or thru out the hotel. • Vacuum every room Sweep and mop daily. • Understanding and knowledge of property amenities. • Assisting guests as needed. • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. REQUIRMENTS Required Skills/Qualifications: • Basic verbal communication skills. • Flexible schedule. • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. • Detail oriented. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. • Regular and reliable attendance Physical Requirements: • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. • Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others. • Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds. • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
