This position is 8 hours per week split into 2 days. Preferred hours are 12-4 but could also be 10-2 or 11-3 based on your preference. Preferred days are Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Thursday. 8 Hours per week is required but total hours could be up to 12 if desired. A flexible schedule would also be allowed as long as it includes at least 4 hours on two non-consecutive days (Monday through Thursday). Most days total shipping and receiving is less than four hours of work. Once it is done you can leave or if you want to work the whole 4 hours you can help with other office or inventory work. If you preference is for 12 hours per week week we can accommodate that. You must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. but most packages are in the 1-20 lbs. range. For shipping, the office staff picks the orders so your main job is to pack them and get them ready for pickup. For receiving you will be responsible for unpacking, verifying, and documenting everything received. We are right off of route 1 in Walpole near the Big Y supermarket. This is not a position that will offer career growth but it is relatively easy and does offer a good bit of flexibility.
