Happy Paws Tosa is a newly opened dog facility that is centered on structure and training while also having fun! We are looking for a trainer to start group classes and evaluations, with private sessions by appointment if applicable. Hourly compensation is $25/hr and 25% commission on any board and trains you sign. Any tips made from training go directly to you and we pay for necessary supplies! Please provide at least two client references and two professional references as well as a brief description of your training beliefs and practices (positive/negative, tool utilization, etc). We are offering a $500 sign on bonus for new employees that complete their 90 day probationary period with no disciplinary actions and a $200 referral bonus for bringing in an employee that meets these same requirements.
