Our company provides services that range anywhere from pressure washing/soft washing to solar panel, gutter and window cleaning. We strive to provide excellent service, in a professional manner to residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a part time service/sales technician who is courteous, self- motivated and friendly, with the ability to pay close attention to detail and the desire to grow with our company! MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING ON A ROOF AND LADDERS! MUST HAVE VALID DL AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION! Responsibilities: Arrive at location ON TIME Complete exterior property cleaning projects (home washing, deck washing, roof washing, solar cleaning,window cleaning) Upsell additional services when appropriate Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment Assist in other tasks to prepare for continued services Qualifications Must be comfortable working on a roof with various pitches Working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs. Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday Ability to safely handle and maintain pressure washing equipment and basic hand and power tools Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills Ability to work well others Valid Driver's License (Required) Reliable Transportation Vehicle liability insurance High School Graduate or Equivalent Preferred Any outdoor labor experience is preferred as our line of work can be physically demanding in some instances Pay Starts $13 -$16/hr plus COMMISSION based on qualifications Part time with full time pay potential and room for growth TIPS and additional BONUS opportunities Flexible Schedule Paid Bi-Weekly Equipment and uniform shirts furnished Contact us if you have the desire and work ethic to grow with our company, for a rewarding opportunity!
