Delightful Duchess needs a home

We are a 501c3 dog rescue. Duchess was rescued from the shelter. She is an incredibly sweet, gentle, affectionate pup who loves to be with her person. She was shy initially, but now, after a couple of days, follows me everywhere. Duchess listens and is very well-mannered and well-behaved. She's quiet, gets along with other dogs (don't know about cats), and just wants to be part of your family. She would probably do best in a quiet home (one with calm children or without children). She has just started to play with toys and balls and going on walks. It's obvious nobody played with her or took her on walks in her previous life. Duchess will sit with her humans for hours, getting attention. If you think she's right for you and would like to meet her in La Mesa, email us and we'll send you an application.
