Description
Portland based novelty manufacturer seeking immediate help in our modern inner SE office! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is efficient, dependable, with a great attitude and eager to work.
The intent of this description is to outline some of the day-to-day tasks that may arise:
• Assist with general office duties, answering phones, take messages, maintain the filing system, customer correspondence, etc…
• Day to day book keeping (payments, billing, invoices etc)
• Assist the Director of Operations
• Assist the social media department and work alongside projects, ideas etc as needed
• Assist the web programmer as needed
• Assist the customer service department as needed
• Maintain daily log on the progress of various projects
• Organize and manage a monthly website meeting
• Analyze Google & Shopify analytics daily
• Assist in maintaining & updating social media properties
• Seek out and contact potential media outlets to get articles and product reviews published
Hours:
The position is full-time Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
The requirements for the position are:
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required, college degree (preferred)
• Office or Administrative experience (preferred)
• Applicant must demonstrate superior writing and communication skills
• Ability to be a team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be reliable, self-motivated and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
