Compensation: Depends on Experience Employment type: full-time Weeks and Mitchell is Hiring Construction Helpers/Assistant We are growing and looking to add 2-3 new employees to join our team of experienced tradesmen. This position is for a Construction Helper who will be paired with a journeyman level installer who you will assist in the field for plumbing, framing, electrical, drywall and other construction tasks for Home remodels. This is a great opportunity for an entry level construction worker who would like to learn on the job training in the home remodel field. Requirements: -Basic Entry level construction knowledge -Must have transportation - Basic hand tools needed -Positive attitude and great work ethic -Must have clean MVD record and pass background check -Be able to communicate in English, Bilingual a plus This position is for someone that is willing to grow and possible move into an installer position with Weeks and Mitchell. After your probation period you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, Paid time off and 401K. We work a 4 Day, 10 Hours a week schedule Monday-Thursday with the possibility for overtime.
