Maintenance – Mobile Home Park (Carlsbad, CA) Lakeshore Gardens Mobile Home Park is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for a 384-space mobile home community in Carlsbad. Working directly under the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, this person will perform the following duties: - Knowledge and experience with rehab construction. - Keep the grounds free of all trash and debris throughout the property, including all roads and common areas. - Janitorial duties in clubhouse, including bathrooms, and laundry room, as needed. - Maintain buildings and structures throughout the property, performing routine painting, electrical, plumbing, digging, and similar activities. - Knowledge of gas/water/electric meters. (Utilities are on sub-metered system that park manages). - Knowledge of use of power tools. For example: impact driver, table saw, compressor, power washer, nail gun, sander, etc. - May be required to respond to after-hour park emergencies. - Follow other instructions and tasks given by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager. This position requires at least 3-5 years of similar maintenance experience. Great attitude and work ethic are also required!
