Automotive Import dealership in Yuma, AZ is looking for an Experienced Technician with at least a 2 years of experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles at the dealership level. Our growing dealership, with newly renovated service department, has expanded to assist our customer’s needs. We are in need of experienced technicians with the opportunity to make 70k+ a year! Qualifications: • Being able to comply with manufacturer warranty guidelines. • Be able to lift up to 60 lbs. without assistance, stand, sit, bend and twist for extended periods of time on concrete. • Have two (2) years of Mechanic/Technician experience preferred. (Must have a good understanding of a dealership environment). • Have a valid Driver's License. • Have a strong attention to detail. • Be able to use Electronic Engine Diagnostic Equipment. • Be organized, a hard worker, a team player and self-motivated. • Have an ability to communicate with all team members. • Have an ability to work well under pressure. • Have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Have own tools. • Bi-lingual a plus! • Have a High School Diploma/GED. Essential Duties: • The Technician should have the ability to explain technical repairs on work orders for service advisors and the warranty department on an as needed basis. • The Technician will use approved service techniques, materials and parts to properly service each vehicle. • The Technician will be familiar with major vehicle systems, like: Brake Systems, Heating and Cooling Systems, A/C Systems, Starting Systems and Engine Overhauls, Computer Diagnostics, Transmission Repair and Overhaul, Clutch Repairs and Replacements, Hydraulic Pump Service, Drive Line Repair and Overhaul, Axle, Hub and Bearing Service, Air Suspension Repairs. • The Technician will be familiar with Preventative Vehicle Maintenance and Manufacturer's Suggested Maintenance Procedures. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
