We are in need of general labor help Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7/9-11 and M-F 7/12 -16.
Doing addition, remodel, renovation work and need help with a few things. You would work side-by-side with me and my guys (this is a homeowner remodel, and I am living in the home as I do the work and I don't have or want a contractor).
Must have some experience with construction (not expecting a master craftsman, but at least have handled a hammer, drill and saw) and accept hourly rates.
I may accept estimates for sub jobs if you are willing to work with me on it (again, I am not interested in quotes from contractors).
Examples of tasks I have to do (in order of need):
I need someone to help paint the white trim on a shed and to stain brick on a chimney.
Help run ground wire under the house to existing ungrounded outlets and then install insulation under my house in the crawl space (need a guy who isn't too big and can crawl around under there with me).
I need someone who has done masonry and tile to help lay flagstone on a concrete pad, install large travertine tiles on outside steps and put in a backsplash (12" X 12" hex tile sheets) that has been started.
This is work that is happening currently and will likely last the next 1 - 2 weeks until finished.

Salary is dependent on experience. Don't bother showing me pictures of "work previously done", as I have been at this long enough that I will know in five minutes who can do the job and who cannot.
