We are looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians who have excellent scheduling abilities, a strong work ethic, maintenance knowledge, and positive attitude. Full time positions. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get up alongside of roofs of single-story constructions and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space. · General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal. This is a rotating on call position.
