Looking for jam space

Does anyone know where there are practice spaces for rent in San Antonio that are not by-the-hour? Either spaces specifically for bands, or storage spaces that allow bands to rehearse or any other flexible commercial real estate for lease that has a power supply, secure door and hopefully climate control? If you know of anything that meets these criteria, please contact me! I am trying to find a permanent "leave-your-gear-set-up" jam room that will fit a four to five piece band.
