An established property management company based in Los Angeles is currently hiring for a skilled HVAC technicians to join their maintenance team. Duties: - Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment - Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment - Operate specialized machinery, equipment and tools utilized in the repair, installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems Requirements: - CA Driver's License - Own a reliable truck or van - Minimum 3+ years of work experience in HVAC trade - Friendly, responsible, and good communicator - EPA Certification for HVAC tech is a must Schedule: Full Time! Monday-Friday, 8a-5p or 8:30a-5:30p Available after hours or weekends for emergencies Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Required to wear a mask, surfaces are constantly sanitized, social distancing
