I own a Boutique Recruiting agency and business is growing. I'm searching for a part time sourcer. I will give you the tools that you need and teach you everything that you need to know. Essentially, you will be reaching out to candidates via email on job boards like: LinkedIn, Indeed, DICE.com and others to find the candidates that the agency needs. I will teach you how to search, how to write a boolean string from a job description and much more. The pay will start at 20 dollars per hour for 20 hours of work per week. This is what you need: -Punctual and reliable -Good typing skills -Ability to work on a computer at least 20 hours per week. -Enjoy working with and helping people.
