Bob's Insulation Inc. is looking for a laborer that is efficient, quality and safety minded to work in the weatherization and insulation field. We have long-term work available for the right candidate with opportunity for advancement. We prefer applicants with some experience in insulation and weatherization projects, but experience is not required. Pay is based upon experience. We do different kinds of projects, but a lot of our work is with the Mass Save program. This applicant will need to be able to pass a background check and drug test. We start the work day at 6 AM and would need the applicant to be able to get to our shop located in Sutton, MA for 6 A.M Monday through Friday. The applicant would need to be able to work in attics, climb up and down ladders, and carry 50 pounds.
