Sacramento-Yolo Mosquito and Vector Control District is looking for Seasonal Helpers to perform mosquito control inspections and treatments at residences, farms and agricultural areas as well as commerical properties throughout Sacramento and Yolo Counties. Candidate must be able to work Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week. The position is anticipated to work immediately through September 30th and potentially into October at the discretion of the District. HS Diploma or equivalent, CA Class C Drivers License with clean record are required. Previous Pest Control Experience preferred; Previous outdoor field work experience preferred; Previous experience riding Quads, ATVs or other similar equipment preferred; Previous experience driving pick up trucks and towing trailers and other equipment preferred.
