Responsibilities include: Provide positive behavioral support Going out to events in the community Direct support of activities of daily living Administer medications and utilize assistive medical devices Full time overnight positions available in Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire Counties ! We have programs in: Clarksburg, Monson, Buckland, Springfield, Easthampton, Hadley, Agawam, West Springfield, Holyoke, Greenfield, South Deerfield, Gill, Westfield and Wilbraham. Qualifications: Valid Driver's License, Acceptable Driving Record, Acceptable CORI, and High School Diploma or equivalent No experience necessary, Pathlight will train the right candidate. Pay rates: Full and part time: $14.00/hr. and will increase to $15.31/hr. after completion of trainings. Per Diem: $13.60/hr. Buckland location only: Full and part time: $15.00/hr. and will increase to $16.31 after completion of trainings. Per Diem: $ 13.60/hr. New Rates for Monson and Clarksburg effective 07/04/21: Monson location only: Full and part time: $16.50/hr. and will increase to $17.81/hr. after completion of trainings. Per diem: $16.10/hr. (Monson location) Clarksburg location only: Full and part time: $16.50/hr. and will increase to $17.81/hr. after completion of trainings. Per diem: $16.10/hr. (Clarksburg location) **$13.50/hr.
