Handyman & Grounds Maintenance for Office

Hi there! I am looking for a reliable handyman who might be able to help with general repairs around at my office building, as well as grounds maintenance, including weeding our sidewalk and parking lot and collecting debris (from the street and leaves in the fall/winter months). We would like grounds maintenance to be done once per month, and we would call for repairs as they arise.
