Process estimates using Xactimate / Symbility Preffered, willing to train if you have prior construction estimating experience and water damage -Be the project's Point of Contact. -Monitor and ensure different requirements for insurance companies are followed and met. -Review and validate initial field documentation. If documentation is missing, you'll make sure we obtain it. -Daily job file coordination to include monitoring status, audit and work-in-progress. -Prepare job file reports. -Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process. -Document Liens and Collections -Must be On-Call and Dispatch. -Occasionally travel to job sites to better understand the estimating needs of an especially complicated or large loss. -Be the point of contact for the customers you are assigned to. You are the person that will guide them through their loss from start to end. Experience with Contractor Connection and Alacrity will give you a big advantage -Participate as an after-hours on-call office-manager for one week on a rotating basis.
