If you have some time and know your way around a jobsite, I have a renovation project that has plenty of hours over the next two weeks. When responding, include your name and contact information, along with your experience and what area (tile, paint, handyman, laborer) you are most skilled. Pay is $20/hour for tile, paint and handyman and $15/hour for laborer. Paid daily, at the end of the day. The house in located in Chesterton, IN 46304. Please be aware of drive times if responding from outside Northwest Indiana. We are looking specifically for; - Tile Installation: Laying about 900 sq ceramic tile. We have all the necessary tools and a person skilled at laying who will oversee. We need 2 extra sets of hands experienced at laying tile (mixing mortar, cutting, laying, grouting...) - Painting: Ceilings, walls, trim and doors. We do 9 and 18" rollers but if you prefer spraying and have one, that's fine too. - All-around handyman skilled enough to do light electric (changing light fixtures, ceiling fans etc..)., light plumbing (replacing bathroom vanities and toilets, kitchen sinks, etc...), hanging mini blinds, changing out door handles, etc... - General laborer: Mowing, pressure washing, removing concrete pad, assisting the skilled labor, cleaning, hauling, etc...
