Benefits Include: Task Pay per Job Paid Vacation Training/Tuition Assistance Position Duties Performs preventive maintenance, adjustments, and basic repairs on both pneumatically controlled and digitally controlled HVAC systems; Performs seasonal overhauls and transitions of systems to and from heating/cooling; Participates in major component replacement and evaluation of complex system problems under the leadership of a higher level technician; Performs building system repairs in coordination with operators of the centralized Energy Management and Control System; Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices; Regular and in-person attendance required; Performs miscellaneous job-related duties  Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: Commission COVID-19 considerations:  Please review with the company when scheduling an interview.
